The real clan co-owner is Red Dragon But he has not bought Blockland yet so IsjiX is the co-owner of the clan on Blockland

For a start that whole "oopah" stuff is some lame way for friends on these forums to attempt to assert their perceived superiority. Secondly, those are simply clan guidelines posted by someone who has no authority on the forums and it hasn't even been stickied.
