Events Restrictions.

I want to see an add-on that lets the S admin of a server to set restrictions for events.

For example: I set 'SpawnProjectile' to Super Admin only. When a non S-admin trys to SpawnProjectile It'll say "You do not have permission to these events"

I'm not sure if this is a simple or complex thing.. But I would guess the options for the restrictions would be,
mini-game
admin
super admin
and perhaps an input for BL_ID..

You'd have to parent all events, including the default ones, to detect adminship and crap o.o
