NYC has lots of missing textures, you could find most of them by just going aroung in a vehicle and looking at random crap.

even though when there is a new GSF (name may be different) you can never replace him, GSF ghost will alway be on of the greatest map makers of all time (note i said ONE of the greatest map makers, not the not the best but in the top 3 or 5), also one of the greatest boat makers.
