I posted nearly the same idea. I say there should be a paint that makes blocks water. So im with you on this one. I think its a good idea.

I had just read that then i thought"Wouldnt a 1 by 1 water brick be awesome,even though it would be spamable it would be VERY usefull

I already told you a "Paint Water" tool is not currently Possible.

Also, 1x1 Water brick would be dumb. The reasons are obvious.

You are wrong, a paint water tool is possible. Set brick to non collide/raycast and run the physical zone creating function.

Not possible as far as I know, even if it is possible it'd be very laggy.
