There was somthing like this made back in v8 and it really didn't work that well. But the admin menu allows you to spy on ppl.

Thats what it was, you would set the brick as a spy brick and you put a slash comd. in and there you but the thing was is when you had alot of ppl on the server, you would lag it alot.
