I think the forums should have a locked topic section in all of the different groups of sections i.e Blockland Forums, Files, Blockland Modification Forums, etc.

This would keep the forums even more unlittered

Hmmm... I sort of want this but then some good add-ons and such would go to there just because they were locked. I would like a fail bin for all the other forums though.

I think all closed topics should go somewhere else than where the open topics are...

But what if there is a good add-on and you miss it because they locked for whatever reason?
