Gmod 10 is a good game if you don't want language or blood, Gmod 9 isn't as fun, but it's free.

for gmod 9 you need both counter-strike source and half-life 2.
you'd be better off having someone gift you half life 2 and then you buy gmod 10.

I played a demo of fallout and I have seen some trailers of fallout 3. Both of them are very gory (not sure what they are rated but probably M) and has no elements of a sandbox game in any way. I just pointed out that that had nothing to do with what this guy was asking for AND that what he is asking for will be imposible to find. I fail to see how that makes me a friend.

HL2: massive violence and is definitely not E10...i played T games when i was 8 and i play M games now, the kids of America(and probably you Blocklanders other countries) are way past the rating system.

Thank you so do I  . On a side note I played morrowind when I was 8 (second computer game I ever played star craft was the first) and I played it cause my Dad played it so he knew the rateing but didn't care. Now my dad was on a trip when I got my mom to buy TF2 and they don't wnat me geting games of steam any more (I really want to get Multiwinia but my mom is takeing her sweat time in giveing me an answer). What I find funny isd they didn't know or care what it was rated all they cared about was that it was a first person shooter (funny seeing as my Dad played threw morrowind and Oblivion at least once each and he is the whole reason I ever played either of them but when you think about it Oblivion was way worse than TF2 cause it looked realistic).

Fallout 2 is pretty much an open world, and is the exact opposite of what he was asking for ratings-wise.
I wasn't trying to help him. It was a joke.

LEGO did make a building game, except you couldn't multiplayer or walk around, The game was called Lego Creator, you could build stuff, and animate what the minifigs would do.
