Yes, they do need one, in order for that kind of show to be good. They just don't have one.

When Toonami first came out it had leet shows that I can't remember the names but remembered they were leet.

Then they stopped Toonami, and when it came back, it was loving filled with anime stuff. At that point I already disliked Cartoon Network for ending all of it's original shows, and then when they showed me this pathetic piece of stuff called Toonami, I gave up on it.

I was glad they added some Anime variety into the show. What I grew to hate about it was the horrible translations, spamming it with DBZ, and the ever so annoying "purple rash" that the FCC just HAD to add in to censor any or all nudity that might be in it. Of course they cut out entire episodes dealing with bath houses....bastards. lol
