Mass Wrench

 Like the fill can, only with a wrench :D

  ex: Say I made a tower of bricks about 5 bricks tall, I pull out my masswrench and click the bottom brick. The wrench GUI pops up and I choose Emmiters-Fire A, every brick on the tower would have that emmiter.

  Would have some Restraints for Non-Admins of course.
