Parasailing/water skis

I think we should have a vehicle(s) that are like a speed boat, BUT, in the back is a seperate part of the vehicle, like skis or a parachute in the air. Just have someone drive the speedboat, and then someone hop in the back part. I could really use something like this in water maps, it would be fun :D

I think we should make regular boats first. There haven't been any released yet.

what about the boats we used to have that didn't shoot up when you spawn them and don't drive crooked <speed boat>
