Quoting Sony rep: "...To fully harness this technology will take 5 years minimum..."
By then, we'll have an Xbox 720, or everything will be on Steam.
Touche, but that doesn't mean the PS3 will be obsolete.
This is the way I personally see things right now:
Xbox360 [Microsoft] are/is trying to steal everything they can from everyone. In other words, they are adding a bunch of random sometimes useless features simply because they are found in other consoles. Other then that, no complaints.
PS3 [Sony] are/is falling behind although as mentioned before, I'm sure the game library will eventually be bigger. Perhaps the price will drop from the whopping $500
Wii [Nintendo] are/is in their/his own little bubble, coming up with new features and concepts (even though somewhat childish).
