What?, I am talking about this. When you fire one round in a sniper, it has a long reload time. I would like to have a bar that can tell me how much time I have before I can fire it again. I understand what Yuki is saying, but he is talking about a limitation on the ammount of shots you can have overall.

No. Reload time doesn't need to be measured. That's just plain lazy dude. The energy bar should be used for important things like a health bar or jet bar, not a reload bar for lazy people who can't figure out how long it takes to reload their sniper rifle.

Count how many seconds, then shoot your sniper and use Chaos control IRL, then color in a bar about 1%. Then unfreeze time and use chaos control again and repeat.
