Usable in minigames only? I did that with the set Portal Gun events to stop abuse (e.g. now your portals link to kill bricks and you can't use anything but Blue)

That would be fine. Or perhaps the event could be admin only? Then maybe you need someone's trust to modify their chat channel if you're not an admin.
