Respawns vehicles after 5 mins of non-use if they're more than 100m from the spawn. In future versions you'll be able to change the delays etc.

Downloaded, sick of stupid noobs making vehicle spawns, driving them somewhere, and then leaving so I have to find their fricking spawn.
