Haze, Resistance, GTAIV, Orange Box, Haze, and the whole damn Time Splitters series for the PS2. If yours has backwards compatability, of course.

Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue , Resistance: Fall of Man, and Ratchet & Clank: Quest for booty (download, not an actual disc), and Call of Duty 4, and skate.

And if you do have backwards compatibility, I would recommend all the previous Ratchet and Clank games for PS2. (But that's cause I'm a R & C fan)
