Request: Physics Gun

Well I was thinking one night in bed that we could have a physics gun from the Half Life series. How to make: Get the Gravity Gun [not the one that looks like a printer, btw]. Make the orange part blue. Replace the tiny Emitter that comes out with LaserA, but make LaserA blue, also it can pick up bots and Vehicles. Make it so it can shoot the beam infinitely far,also faster than the blink of an eye.

I had attempted to make a vehicle 'freeze' function for the Gravity Gun, but it didn't work since the effect I wanted (where vehicles stick in mid-air with no physics until impulsed) only occurs with the physics code in the engine rather than scripting.
