I mean theres noway I can get a job during a school year.

Get a job? Seriously, you live in poverty because of either your or your parents decisions. It's America...there is always a way to work your way up if you try hard enough.

If you get yourself into the mindset that the government owes you money just for existing or for rewarding your laziness then your life really will stay in the toilet.

I half agree. (No, not because of all this "economy" bullstuff.)

He's 12, according to his forum age, so he can't get a job.

Work can also be difficult to find at times, but this really depends on a lot of things, including education.

Oh, well then scratch the "12 years old" part.

Uh.
Yeah, since my dad got in an accident whilst working at Fed-Ex (broke every bone in his body) He hasn't been able to go to work, obviously. Since he didn't finish college, because he was in even worse circumstances than we are now when he was younger, and his father was abusive, and he left home at 17, he can't get a better job than he had. We did, however, win a lawsuit against the man who backed into his truck (very fast might I add, he had a tractor-trailer) and we have (not cashed yet, for.. Something I forgot will happen to the money, as in, they'll do something with it and we'll have none left) 750,000 dollars at the moment, but we cannot use it. So we are basically poor. We have a 2-bedroom house and 5 people in our family+a cat and a frog. And we're renting. And we're in debt.
Edit: But when we do cash it, I don't remember when, sometime during the middle of the year, we're going to move. Hopefully to Deleware :3

Ok sack of stuff right there. Otis, crush this man with all of your unadulterated hatred.

HEY KIDS LOOK THIS GUY WANTS ATTENTION. LETS ALL GIVE HIM ATTENTION? ANYBODY? ANYBODY? NO? ANYONE EVEN CARE? NO?
also, cruise control.
O hi Jannet.

Get a hardship case? There are ways for minors to hold jobs legally, you just need to do some research. It's just like you can get a hardship license and be able to drive a car at 14 if you need it to get to work to support your family.

Where the forget do you live? You have to be 16 or older to drive in FL, and its against the law for anyone under the age of 18 to work during the school year.

forget off.

Really, being poor isn't an excuse for being stupid.
I didn't say it was.
Point is I'm sorry. And I friggin' said "Bai D:" and you flip out? Why? Does "bai" offend you?

Doesn't specify an age. Basically the law says as long as you are physically capable of driving a vehicle and have a real need for it you can get a hardship license. So a tall 12 year old might be able to if their family was really down on their luck and he proved himself mature enough.

Wait...you have to be 14 and have a legitimate reason for it. Lots of legal crap to deal with first. Not something to do just for fun.
