Why would you give everyone super admin? A lot of people will just abuse it by clearing your bricks, changing the map, and screwing the server in tons of different ways. They can build just fine without admin.

If you're just gonna say "STFU YOU PRICK" then you're completely missing the point of this post. I'm trying to use logic here.

If you what to make a city, JOIN A CITY BUILD.
Once you are a "good" builder. Make/join a clan and have a CITY BUILD.
