Don't be a lazy forget. Clicking an extra button is meant to be a safety precaution to prevent malicious programs from taking over your computer.

The only flaw with the system (which the software engineers over at MS are working on fixing) is that it asks people too many times so they either disable it entirely or don't pay attention to the messages so when something bad really does come along, it will fail to protect them.

I have 0 protection on every OS I use, and never get stuff. I scan once a month, 99% of the time its 100% clean, sometimes it has a couple of spyware things that are no big deal.
