teleport weapon

i dont know if its possible or not becuse i never actuelly made an add on.

i think it would be great if someone can make a weapon (not ranged) that can teleport other people to a teleport point whan they get hit.

example for a use: in RPG's with cashmod (V9) /cops will have that weapon and they can teleport other people to a checkpoint brick in jail.

please, if you dont love the idie dont flame, explain why

Yea... but everytime that you die or click 0 to clear your brick ghost you must remake it, and beside, its a range weapon, i was hopeing for a low range one

an example to my request you can see on Iban's cityRP, theres a baton that on hit teleports people to jail, it looks simple and not hard to make becuse that he only re-colord the hammer, but about the scripting i havent got a clue
