Firstly, NO.
Secondly, Gmod 9 is unsupported, broken, old, and stuffty. Why not simply suggest the Garry's Mod construct map?

i use to have 3d max on my windows lap top, but now i have a mac (sux) so i cant use some of that stuff.

You are pretty much remaking the map for blockland.
