this is my first major build and my first clan app im not sure how many bricks it has but it has atleast 3500.

I like it. I give it a 7/10 and a yes from me. Remember that you need 3 yes votes to get in, though.
Just one thing. In picture 4, I see you have used a few 1x1 bricks instead of bigger ones above the door etc. Just work on that.

I thought that you would see that the 1x1s were a design but anyways nevermind the 2 building are exactly the same but noo duplicator was used!

Some of it is a bit spammy.
Such as near the windows in the 2nd or 3rd pic, where you had the 5 1x1s you could've had 1 1x1x5. But nice.
