Ok so this is a realy noobish question but how do i report people?

On their post, you will see a 'Report to moderator' link in the bottom right of their post beside 'Logged'.
Click that, and then enter a comment. But remember that you must have a good reason before reporting people.

You can't report people on Blockland. It is all down to the server owner to ban people.
