What is it about?Building(or rather Mining) a fortress with the help of
Braindead Dwarves, Managing dwaves and slaughtering unowned kittens for food.
I cannot figure how to do anything! Why can't I do anything!?Dwarf fortress has a very loving steep learning curve, it gets exetremely enjoyable when you start to get a reasonable distance in the climb however. To learn how to run a fortress check the wiki, which link is at the bottom. A good guide on the wiki will also be posted.
The lag, oh dear god the lag!Go slaughter some cats man, just make sure they are strays.
I don't like Ascii!Get a tile set, down I've post the wiki's tileset section.
