Have they? I ski, and ride into a ramp, and then my guy spazzes into the air. I used to atleast be able to hit the ramp and land, but not anymore. It works occasionally, but not really.

try building the ramp sort-of "into" the mountain, to make sure you arn't hitting a brick sticking out of the ground...

Before you go off a ramp, Pull your guy backwards like he is going to do a backflip. If helps to slide onto the ramp and maintain speed more instead of crashing.
