Hello possible Applicant!
If you're reading this, then you've atleast showed some interest in our Organization. I am Jack Bird, and my alias BlockLand is CapcomX. In my spare time, I enjoy Military Roleplay with as much authenticity as possible. I have come to make this clan to set up my heavily refined Military group and integrate it into the community. If you like Military groups, but just can't find one that you like, then read on!
I'm looking for staff within my army. As of yet, I am the only person in .//ShinRa, and I'm terribly lonely. So if you think that you have what it takes, then contact me in this thread or ingame.
The Core of this military:
Every new member starts off as a ShinRa Recruit. This means that they aren't fully in the group yet, a number of military training excersises must be undertaken to progress to a full .//ShinRa soldier.
Promotions are given when the Soldier in question has obtained a certain number of Merits or has recieved a reccomendation from high ranking personnel. Merits are given by me and they're kept in a database listing every merit every soldier has. So don't try and fool people with fake merits!
Ranks:
:A Class Ranks:These ranks are the basic ranks within the ShinRa Military. They are relatively easy to rank up from and make up the first few phases of a Soldiers career.
:[A-A]: ShinRa Recruit
:[A-1]: ShinRa Private
:[A-2]: ShinRa Gunner Private
:V Class Ranks:These are the second lowest core base in the ShinRa Military. They have very restricted powers over the A Ranks and must follow all orders of above ranks.
:[V-1]: Corporal Tenra
:[V-2]: Gold Corporal Tenra
:[V-3]: Master Corporal Tenra
:O Class Ranks:These are the core ranks of the ShinRa Military and have powers over the recruits. They can choose to optionally become a Recruit trainer should a position become available.
:[O-1]: Captain Opris
:[O-2]: Major Opris
:[O-3]: Commissar Opris
--:[O-9]:-- SPECIAL RANK: ShinRa Recruit Trainer, in charge of training new recruits. There may only be three recruiters at any one time.
:M Class Ranks:The highest ranks in the ShinRa Military Corporation, these ranks have control over everyone in the army except for those higher than themselves.
