Take some time off school or work.
Get a quilt, sit on your couch watching TV all day.
Drink water. Gargle salt water if you need to, but it can hurt like a bitch and be more painful than it's worth. Try and maximise sleep. And eat properly, healthily, and lots.
And if you're up for it, take paracetmol / cold & flu tablets. Decongestants will help clear the sinuses, and grab some throat sweets as well. Yummy and helpful :)
Seriously. Man flu is like one time of the year you can be as selfish and as lazy as you like ;)
