Or, if you do, at least say North Americans, which is the proper way anyways.

@Muffinmix: I actually sort of like Harper, at least he is trying to cut back the GST and PST. On the other hand I miss the good ol’ days of Cretien, he was the brunt of many a good satire jokes.

"Trying" is entirely different then actually doing it. It's rhetorical again, tactics used to Convince the populace. And it's working, even when it's a robot like him doing it.

I mean he isn't super bad, apart from defending the Free Trade contract which favors the US in every single way, apart from trying to hop onto the Iraq war bandwagon, apart from all his other bullstuff he's been going on about in Afghanistan and trying to stop any Canadian Mercy missions there.

No, what broke the deal for me was when he donated something like 2 million to some US company to bail them out. Let me rephrase that, he gave 2 million of OUR tax money to the US to bail some stuffty company. The US reply was Meh.

That's when I was hoping very strongly that Harper would not win this re-election, but unfortunately the west didn't agree and wanted to keep their robot. So we got Harper for some years to come, at least until the west freezes over.

Edit: To add, Harper's pretty much trying to be Buddy-Buddy with the US, unless you've noticed. But currently almost all the US hates us and will always hate us. I don't really care why they do, and I'm not even going to bother trying to decipher what those folks are thinking in that propaganda-filled mess. All I know is trying to be BBF with them is not going to work very well and we have allot of other matters to deal with.

Wow, that's pretty dumb, unless the company is also located in Canada, or mainly exports to Canada. Anyways, thanks guise. :cookieMonster:

I think it was a Canadian company some USAers wanted to buy for a lot more than it was worth to us but first it had to get rid of it's debt so Harper bailed it out so he could in turn sell it and get all his money back and more and have some USAers like him more all at once, but I can see why people would look at it as him bailing out a US company seeing as as soon as it was bailed out it became USA property.

Well right now it looks like Obama will be the President.
And yes a Canadian is keeping track, if the states go into harsh times, Canada most likely will also.
