Flatland RP

Has anybody ever read the book Flatland? I read it recently, and really liked it. I was thinking about doing a flatland RP, but it would be hard. I tried myself, but it ended up being terrible. I realized it would take a lot of mods to make this work entirely, and I suck at scripting. Until I learn more, I was wondering if anybody wanted to attempt it on their own.
Things that would be required
- A way to keep 2-D players from looking up or down.
- A way to have the 3-d players  be able to float and pass through objects.
- A way for 2-D players to actually be 2-D

So you would like to turn an explaination fo the physics of the views of the 10 basic dimensions into an rp for a game where you buld lego like stuffs online? Full of fail. Re read it and think of the diffrence between a normal book and this.

You don't have to like it. I don't understand why you replied just to criticize this. Did you feel the need to assert dominance? You have an inferiority complex. The only reason I don't dislike you is because you have good spelling.

The reason I do not like this is because it is a complete insult to the book, the science it is trying to explain, and me. This book was made to try to explain what the differences of the dimensions are and how they are viewed from a lower / higher dimension. This was made to try to further our understanding of the universe, not to make some stupid RP from it.

That standpoint is more understandable. I see what you mean, but I do not think dedicating time and effort to an RP is an insult to it. I liked the concept, and I understood the whole thing. I liked the explanation of the dimensions more than the culture, but I thought it would be interesting to see an RP of the culture.
