Host admin ban

Have you ever been on somebody's  server and they delete your bricks while you're building and call it spam even though you were still building it? (DarkLight for example) so I propose we have a way to ban people from being admin (host only tool/gui or whatever) so people will stop being fat... (I don't swear) with admin toos like wand!  Also could be able to select all so that only the host can be admin.

what if I was AFK and they figured the password out told everyone including noobs and they re-admined everyone when I de-admined them and destroyed my best builds?

It should be a server vote: a pop-up appears on the screen saying"A player has proposed booting and admin or super, do you agree? _Yes _No" Once booted, they can't become any type of admin for 24 hours (timeout to think about their actions :D)
