I agree, I'm getting pissed at how they treat their consumers. They're a bunch of money grubbing elitists. I say we start a mass boycott and teach them to not forget with the consumer. They serve US. Not the other way around.
SimCity4 bugged out on my once and after filling out their little tech support thing, they sent me a nice long email within a day or two detailing how to fix the problem.It worked, and I was happy.
That's what they're SUPPOSED to do. I asked them how I could play LOTR:BFME2 over my LAN, and they told me to buy another one. No EA. I'm not buying a second goddamned disk to play on my LAN, go forget yourselves.

Aafter sims 3don't you'll just be put on hold for a couple of hours then talk for five minutes to some guy in Taiwan who can't speak English only to realize that it didn't help and you just spent 4 and a half hours on hold over seas and now have to pay some 500 dollars for the long distance charges. Then you'll call billing at your phone company and the whole process will start over.
