My favorite part about this is the base control part. That would be epic. Also, if you need a tester, I can do it. I also like the unit classification idea. Wouldn't it let you pick where you spawn, also? This seems like it will be epic. You have my support. I really need to get into coding... And the bots would be awesome, a total war. Also, Space Guy, he gets credit for the idea... I guess...

Space Guy:Well i'm new to scripting i will have a small part in that and i will do alot of the moddling.

Fusion: Yes you will be able to spawn in the bases your team own, if the base is neutral no-one can spawn in it.

Why do you need a ton of testers? Space Guy just hosted a server and anyone who joined would end up trying it out.

Also, it's not going to end up getting anywhere without a decent scripter, and at this rate that's not going to come to you.

True, very drue falcon i need someone awsome like Space or Ephi... so at the moment we're stuck making weapons... and lu1g1 would probably keep on nagging till to be a tester i said yes, so he would shut up.

Soz for double post but i'm working on the script i have learnt the basics and i am willing to learn more everything will be finished alot quicker if someone can give me a simple tutorial, however i already know a bit.

Will a 'new' rocket launcher that fires lazors really add anything to the game?

Having a million generic machine guns and REALLY UBER EXPLOSIVE launchers makes the game slightly boring. Try to make original weapons and tools for things that haven't been done before.

i.e the fusion cutter.

All mods can be recreated with events, but people still want mods

besides, taking over bases cannot be done well with events, compared to having a
actual mod (to take over, you need to be in a radius around the CP. Also the more units around the CP, the faster its taken over)

Yes, exactly what he said, the mod shall have an emiter or some effect to show how long it will take to take over the base, ie, the effect colour starts off blue and it gets lighter and lighter then starts turning light red to dark red. :cookieMonster:
