Is it possible to restrict some members from posting in certains areas?
For example, people making stupid post about absolutely nothing should get restricted to certain sections of the forums. The way i see this working is Badspot would be forced to do more monitoring or infraction system is added in, once you gain enough infraction points you cannot post in that section for a certain amount of time.
Another step could be over-all restricting new joining members from posting in areas such as Clan section. Honestly how many times has it been where some new guy joins in a day and post a stupid Clan topic that gets flamed down.
This would mean alot more new people would actually have to read the forum before just coming in and posting away.
How would this help? Well hopefully newcomers would get a better idea of the forums do and don'ts.
Personally i think if there was some form of system worked out like this it would be soooo much better.
This is just a rough of the idea but i'm sure you guys can come up with a better more polished idea.
Anyways, thoughts? comments?
