Why is there white crap on the rims?

So you can see it if its dark


Crosshairs aren't much to be excited about...but for some reason i love this one!  My old black crosshair was practically invisible against dark backgrounds, and this one seems to make me much more accurate.

I know why there is some white stuff around the rim.

It's because he was worried about releasing it.
It was taken from real life or a website or some stuff, and he didn't get all the different shades of white off.

Fixed I drew but with a white background and I was making it trans I forgot to get those white dots.

There are no crosshairs in real life...unless you're looking through a sight.

I mean like thru a scope
