my virus detector keeps popping up saying it found a virus and i cant stop them help me please last time this happened somehow my dad "knew" it was me and i got in big trouble please i dont wanna make my dad reset the whole computer again please help

Stop going on researcho sites. It should help.


Then reformat the whole computer yourself.


Delete your system32 folder. Should get rid of all of them.







No don't do that. Install better anti-virus software and stop clicking trap links.

Kaspersky trial cleaned my computer(my System32 files were infected with Trojan Downloaders).  Run several full-scans after disconnecting you computer from the internet.

Here's how not to get a virus:

Don't run keygens
Don't pirate software
Don't run any software that is supposed to help you cheat at something or get something for free that you would otherwise have to pay for. 
Don't install video codec packs
Don't install toolbars
Don't use internet explorer

If you want to watch research, save the video file and open it with VLC.  If it won't play, throw it away and move on.

i was using internet explorer trying to port forward it wont work right when i try doing the....number thing on my mozilla firefox

EDIT: Yes, it is. I originally got it because windows media player did a really bad job of playing DVDs.
