*FIXED* Help with my computer! Please :(

I turn on my computer, it starts up on the black screen. Then at the bottom is says disk read error press ctrl alt delete to restart, I press that but it does the same thing.

I have windows vista. please help :'(


EDIT: I also add that I have no system restores.

Yah I'm on right now but It will get a blue screen sooner or later then I have to turn it off. It only goes up to the black load screen then says disk read error.

I poked around a bit everything seemed fine.

I've looked up on those, Unfreeze and Refresher might be the problem. I'll keep looking.

Unfreeze is not a problem. I've downloaded it several times on several computers, in-fact, I still got it on this computer. Everything is working fine.
No idea what the hell refresher is though.

It refreshes web pages as many times as you want. That's probly it
