I cant belive they are getting out of this with no charges. "They will not be charged with animal cruelty due to there age", bullstuff. Personally I would not care if there loving 2, doing stuff like that is sick. I say convict them. If they are killing cats that early they are probably going to end up serial killers anyway.

QTF, if those bastards are doing this they should be charged, or at least their parents should be charge with child neglect or something, if they're letting their kids play GTA at their age, they might very well be keeping them under house arrest or beating them up in the corner daily or some crap like that, and where the forget were they when the children did this? Yes animal cruelty is punishable by law, but you realize you're talking about a child's under developed mind. And man's own system of laws. For instance, just like the cat with the mouse, sure it's wrong, but it's cat, it knows no better, it's doing what comes natural. At the early stage of life a lot of kids are just like this. Their underdeveloped psyche doesn't tell them that what they're doing is bad only that no one has probably told them its wrong. Which would mean that the parents should in fact receive full blame for this. And even if it really is GTA's fault, then by dammit, don't let the game be held responsible, it says: "M - for mature audiences only" for a reason! Good job mommy and daddy, you hired a wonderful babysitter for your kids.
