In the time it takes you to type their name, you could ctrl + A, highlight name, BAN, time, reason if you're so inclined, Ban.

Besides all of those errors in your grammar once again you are wrong. It is not the point of "Not downloading" the mod by the principal of it. A ban hammer is useless when you can press ctrl-a and ban the played rather then hunting them down or typing a chat command.
