plant mod

Could someone make a plant growing mod it would be a good upgrade for house RPGs. If someone could possibly make this contct me. I was thinking mabey with a wand a seed(1x1) would appear a tool watering can would make it grow. I would be doing this myself but my ms3d expired and I can't script. Please help if you can. All credit goes to whoever makes it but include me for idea.
