Flare Gun/ Shovel/ More Modern Weapons

I Was thinking if its possible to make Pipe Bombs, Shovels, Lead Pipes, Knifes, Hunting Rifles, More Countryish Rifles/ Shotguns, For maybe like City Roleplays using Cash mod, or Variables, i thought they would be useful

been thinking about those, mostly a real FLAMETHROWER flamethrower that actually ignites people

now the question is where am i gonna find the original flamethrower code, to copy that whole 'lethal ignition' bit

You aren't because it didn't have one. It just made them charred and smoking.
