What matters is what you like more, console, or PC.

I for one actually prefer playing console games, and wouldn't even think of getting Left 4 Dead for PC.  But obviously people have different opinions.

Last I heard, the internet is on xboxlive.
360 - Don't have to upgrade your rig, mics are better, the feeling of a console, splitscreen.
PC - Modding, Maps, Console

That's not true, I'm using the xbox mic when I play Team Fortress 2 (PC) and it has a better quality than on the xbox, so it's not the Mic's fault.

If I HAD a 360, I would get it for 360, only because my new computer totally forgeted up L4D. Louis looks white, The Subway walls don't even look like your underground, and the helicopter light is... Black. The forget?

Xbox 360 if you like to play split-screen with friends, and don't like having to deal with crashes. (often)
