Pop Ups with Pop Up Blocker On :O

I keep getting this anti-virus scam pop up. Ctrl - Alt - Delete and deleting it is what I do, so do not request that. And I have blocked the website. I want to loving kill the guy who made the scam.

What website are the ads from?

On my old computer, I got them from ad.yieldmanager and I had to reformat; nothing worked at removing them.
