Pinning weapons

Could someone make like a bow for example when  it hits you you can get pinned to the wall? so it could like go through your foot then you get stuck to ground?

Do want,but could be abused(Unless you could only use in a minigame). Let's say your building. Then a person comes up with a pinning weapon,and pins you to the ground. Forcing you to crtl k,but when you get back he keeps pinning you,makeing it impossable to build.
