15 Year's of DooM

Celebrating DooM 15th anniversary I thought I'd bump up the old topic, but the forums kept telling me its to old to post in, So I thought i'd re-post it

The "stick up [my] ass" is the fact that all you are worshiping a game because it was the first FPS, yet it wasn't even that good. Most of you couldn't even walk or talk when it first came out so don't start yapping on about "the glory days".

You all sound like WW2 veterans proudly barking out tales about how fun it was to watch your friends die or artillery shells land 10 ft from you in the trenches of god-knows-where. Then only difference being that you weren't in the war, and you are just repeating someone else's grand tales of the glory days.
