Been suggested few times before, and has been claimed impossible or atleast rather hard to make. BL`s engine doesn`t allow lights pointed at certain direction. Of course,lights can be made in a vehicle but they will just light in every direction.

Have anyone seen miscellanelous lights? (I've might misspellt it) It has got a light called vertical spotlight. If we could freeze it, we could make headlights.

It spawns a light above the brick that moves back and forth but it is still a sphere. You are just seeing the bottom of the light sphere hit the ground or area around the light making brick.
