You go to xbox.com then go to your profile it should have the avatar picture then right click it and then save it.. resize it, then upload it.

More realistically, compare the amount of effort required to the amount of people who would care when it's done. Also factor in what it would add to gameplay.

Look, all i'm saying is your shooting down an idea that is just as good as the next.
Again, look at the fooly script. Same thing basically. It does NOT add to gameplay. In fact, it usually is abused and ruins gameplay, but is still a fun script.
