The only reason I really use YouTube rather than Vimeo is that a lot more people use YouTube, so my videos will be viewed more, and there are more videos to watch.

on my first account i put the video for mmmm by crash test dummies on there and it got like 500k views and loads of comments

if Vimeo came first it probably would have more users and that would mean more videos. Youtube has more videos so thats why I go there over Vimeo.

I haven't figured out how to get to that resolution yet, or if i can since my computer uses 1024x768 resolution

Also, Youtube is popular and everyone uses it! :D
