Would it be possable to make names only show up when looking at that person would be better for stealth and be able to tell who from who and without turning names completely off

Would it be possable to make names only show up when looking at that person would be better for stealth and be able to tell who from who and without turning names completely off

So there's no spies? Should be a server and clientsided add-on.I would love  want that.
