Seriously? That wins.

Er no, Thats related to data compromization like passwords and emails and stuff and basically says the forum software manufacturer and the forum owner can't be sued under the data protection act or something. Having a disclaimer doesn't exempt you from the law.

Otherwise terrorists can just make forums with a disclaimer before you read them saying "yeah click here to promise you wont come and kill us or anything before you read our posts about blowing you guys up, k?"

Ha, he keeps PMing me saying he will "be seeking legal advice". He has alot of time on his hands to be doing all this over a game's forums.

I had a feeling this would happen to us eventually  :cookieMonster:

I never came back, now stay on topic.

This must be MrPickle's attempt to get back at the community. To try and help some 11 year old and his father to make millions off us. Just leave MrPickle. Third time is the charm.

Yeah, because Badspot has millions to fork out in the event that some father manages to sue a forum administrator for not deleting some mean posts about his son. You guys have a really distorted idea about how easy it is to sue someone, or even how the process of suing someone works.
