Well, sort of. The Hero Of Winds made DarkLight's City RP Client thing, and it has a cell phone that comes with it. You have the cell phone in your server, but it doesnt do anything. It only does stuff on DarkLight's City RP.

well, that is true, but this mod or client side phone would techincally have a ton of mods or client-side scripts put together to make one thing. NEW IDEA: Tetris client side add-on for a game on the phone.

How about you PM the guy with the phone and a phone icon + bell sound come up, click on it and the Message will be spoken with a Computerized Voice?

There should be a special Radius chat mod, so that you can't hear people Talking outside of a certain radius, unless they are talking through a phone or in global chat. (radus chat would be team chat)

Nixill has a mod like that idk if he released it but ive been to his serber and read about it.

I also think all these controls on the side of the phone can be shown on just one screen. (you may not know what im talking about) And i should've put an options control but i forgot to.
P.S. I dont really know how to script in C yet but im learning. This mod/client-side script would probably've already been made once ill know how to script in C or C++.

um, in my control panel i have a thing called cell phone GUI and when i open it you can type in numbers and stuff...i dont remember downloading this thing so could someone tell me what the hell it does?

dude, heres the problem.. not everybody has the RTB IRC... i for one do... but some people do not like addons/mods therefor they do not dl it
